Senior Blind/Low Vision Technology Program Signals Centers, Inc, through a program funded by the Tennessee Division of Rehabilitation Services/Blind Services, is making available an assistive technology loan program for individuals 55 or older who have vision loss. We need your help in identifying elderly and disabled victims of abuse! The Partnership for Families, Children, and Adults Elderly Services offers free assessment and services to resolve issues of abuse, neglect, and exploitation. Our Case Managers are trained to assess individual situations to help identify problems and develop a plan to resolve them.
